Anne and I were invited for a cruise of the Orange River by our neighbours, Dick and Dolly.
Of course, we accepted as we love being on the water....We left the canal that surrounds our park and cruised into the Orange River up as far as the Water plant....At the plant the water temperature jumped to 91 degrees from approx. 71 degrees. Dick told us that the Manatee love the river because of the warm weather. As it turned out, we were early for them but would see them later in the season.
